تنسق الهيئة مع وزارة البترول والثروة المعدنية عند تصنيف وتسجيل مباني التراث العمراني التي تقع ضمن مناطق امتيازات ومحجوزات شركات الزيت والغاز، وكذلك عند تحديد مناطق الحماية لتلك المواقع، وعند تحديد منطقة الحماية الفاصلة بين مواقع الآثار ومنشآت تلك الشركات.

-إحلال عبارة (وزارة الصناعة والثروة المعدنية) محل عبارة (وزارة الطاقة والصناعة والثروة المعدنية) الواردة في هذه المادة، وذلك بموجب قرار مجلس الوزراء رقم (693) وتاريخ 1441/11/2هـ.

تنسق الهيئة مع وزارة البترول والثروة المعدنية عند تصنيف وتسجيل مباني التراث العمراني التي تقع ضمن مناطق امتيازات ومحجوزات شركات الزيت والغاز، وكذلك عند تحديد مناطق الحماية لتلك المواقع، وعند تحديد منطقة الحماية الفاصلة بين مواقع الآثار ومنشآت تلك الشركات.
