2- نظام المحافظة على مصادر المياه، الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي ذي الرقم (م / 34) والتاريخ 24 / 8 / 1400هـ، ولوائحه.
3- نظام مياه الصرف الصحي المعالجة وإعادة استخدامها، الصادر بالمرسوم الملكي ذي الرقم (م / 6) والتاريخ 13 / 2 / 1421هـ، ولائحته التنفيذية.
