Article 13 explained in plain English
This article specifies the law that governs the relationship between the Fund and its personnel, providing that they are subject to two laws:
- The Labor Law.
- The Social Insurance Law.
In practice this means that matters such as employment contracts, wages, leave, the end of the relationship and the insurance contributions of the Fund's personnel are governed by these two laws, in accordance with their provisions.
