يصدر رئيس المدينة اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا النظام خلال مائة وثمانين يومًا من تاريخ العمل به، وتنشر في الجريدة الرسمية، كما يصدر القرارات اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذا النظام.
