لا يجوز ضبط السفينة المستعدة للسفر إنما يمكن ضبطها لجهة الديون الواقعة لأجل السفر المستعدة له إلا أنه مع ذلك إذا قدمت كفيلا على إعطاء الديون المذكورة فتخلص من الضبط واستعداد السفينة للسفر يتبين بمجرد أخذ الربان أوراق مرور السفينة.
