يجري بيع السفينة الصادر إعلام بيعها من المجلس التجاري بالمزاد العلني بمعرفة مأمور يتعين على الوجه الآتي بيانه بعد أن ينشر ويعلن الأمر بواسطة مناد وأوراق مطبوعة وإعلانات.
