من بعد صدور حكم محكمة التجارة السالف الذكر وإعلامها حسب استدعاء صاحب الدين الذي طلب ضبط السفينة يؤمر المديون رسما ويكلف في أول الأمر إلى وفاء الدين أن يحصل التشبث بضبط تلك السفينة وما لم تمر على هذا الطلب مدة أربعة وعشرون ساعة.
