يجوز تعليق ترخيص الوسيط أو وكيل الوسيط بأمر من المجلس في حالة اكتشاف أنه لم يعد للوسيط وجود أو إذا توقف الوسيط عن ممارسة عمل الوساطة لمدة اثني عشر شهرًا.
