1- تودع نسخة من العقد المبرم مع المحكم - بحسب الأحوال - لدى مركز التحكيم السعودي، أو لدى هيئة أو منظمة أو مركز للتحكيم.
2- للمحكمة - عند تحديد أتعاب المحكمين - طلب نسخة من العقود المبرمة مع المحكمين إن وجدت.
